Return Policy

All sales are final, we do not accept returns.

Of course, we value all our customers and want them to be happy, so if there are any issues with our products we will work with you to resolve them. 

Shipping Information

Prior to shipping, we inspect every item, label, and package carefully. We typically ship in media shipping containers or padded envelopes.  We ship only Priority USPS to our customers. This method provides tracking information. Our shipping policy is FOB, an acronym for Freight On Board. This means that once the product is in the hands of the USPS, we are not responsible for any damaged items, or for lost or stolen items. Please double check your mailing address to ensure accuracy.

Privacy & Security

We take your privacy and security very seriously. Consequently, Raising will never sell your contact information to any entity. We also do not keep credit card information.

We accept transactions through PayPal. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to use this payment method.
